刘敬科 研究员/副所长
河北省农林科学院生物技术与食品科学研究所
1979年12月生,博士,博士生导师,美国田纳西大学访问学者,国家现代农业产业技术体系岗位科学家。中国作物学会粟类作物专业委员会副秘书长、河北省食品学会副秘书长、河北欧美同学会青委会委员、第三届河北省食品安全专家委员会委员和《Journal of Future Food》编委,荣获河北省“省直青年岗位能手”、河北省“三三三”人才称号。主持“十三五”、“十四五”国家现代农业产业技术体系项目、“十四五”国家重点研发计划课题、国家自然基金面上项目、河北省科技支撑、河北省自然基金等项目10余项;发表论文67篇,其中SCI/EI论文20篇,授权国家发明专利12项,鉴定成果6项,参与起草国家粮油行业标准3项。

谷物健康制品营养品质分析、功能特性评价和作用机理研究。
