杨瑞馥,博士, 研究员,军事科学院军事医学研究院微生物流行病研究所,国家自然科学基金杰出青年基金获得者。学术兼职:中国微生物学会组织工作委员会主任委员,中国营养学会益生菌益生元与健康专业委员会主任委员;军委科技委微生物学专业委员会主任委员;国家卫健委食品安全风险评估委员会委员;第二届食品安全国家标准审评委员会微生物检验方法与规程专业委员会 主任;中国卫生标准委员会传染病标准专业委员会委员等,《微生物学学报》、《人兽共患病学报》、《中华预防医学杂志》和《Zoonoses》副主编。获国家科技发明二等奖1项,并已成功转化。在New England Journal of Medicine, Science, Nature Genetics, Cell Metabolism, Nat Com., PNAS等杂志发表学术SCI论文200余篇,被引29000余次,H因子74Google Scholar);获得国家食品药品监督管理局医疗器械注册证15项。

研究方向:

主要从事病原基因组学、进化、溯源与致病机制、检验新技术和人体微生物组与健康的研究。
