蔡文通,博士,副研究员,中国科学院深圳先进技术研究院;一直从事细菌致病机制与宿主免疫机理研究。近五年来,搭建了功能基因组-转录组-蛋白质组-单细胞组的多组学研究平台,构建了细菌与肠道类器官互作的研究模型;揭示了致病性大肠杆菌与宿主互作的新分子机制2种和病原菌致病的共性新机制1种;相关成果以第一作者或通讯作者(含共同)发表于mBio、PLoS Pathogens、Molecular Microbiology、Journal of Bacteriology(亮点文章)等权威学术期刊;主持国家自然科学基金和科技部重点研发计划项目任务3项;以第一完成人,获得发明专利2项。在美国留学期间,获得Plant Science Institute Fellowship,Research Excellence Award等奖项。任中国畜牧兽医学会动物传染病学分会青年学者专业组委员。担任Cellular Microbiology、Journal of Bacteriology、Journal of Applied Microbiology等多家专业期刊审稿人。
