白莉,女,博士,国家食品安全风险评估中心,研究员/微生物实验室主任,现为中华预防医学会食品卫生分会主任委员,FAO/WHO微生物风险评估专家委员会委员(JEMRA),WHO食源性疾病负担流行病学专家组成员(FERG),国家食品安全风险评估专家委员会委员和食品安全国家标准审评委员会委员,获中共北京市委组织部北京市优秀人才青年拔尖个人。主要从事食品微生物检验工作体系建设和方法学研究,重点开展食源性致病菌分子流行病学、耐药性传播及疾病负担研究。作为第一负责人,承担十三五、十四五科技部重大研发课题、国家自然科学基金面上项目及北京市对外合作交流项目等多个项目,承担国家标准制修订2 项。以通讯作者或第一作者发表SCI论文40 余篇,中英文专著5部。兼任SCI杂志Foodborne Pathogens and Disease和中文杂志《微生物学报》的编委及China CDC weekly 青年编委。作为国务院联防联控机制综合组工作组成员先后参与广州等8地疫情应急处置工作。
研究方向:
1.食品微生物检验工作体系建设和方法学研究;
2.全国食品安全风险监测网耐药监测及重要耐药致病菌的风险评估;
3.我国特有重要耐药食源性致病菌的流行特征及归因分析。

1. 主持,国家重点研发计划,畜禽重要耐药病原菌/耐药基因的传播风险评估,350万,在研。
2. 主持,国家重点研发计划,新发和重大食源性疾病标准化诊断、调查及处置技术体系研究,350万,结题。
3. 主持,首发科技专项,基于多准则决策分析和人工神经网络的食源性疾病负担分级分类技术体系研究,100万,在研。
4. 主持,国家外专局项目,食品生产链条中重要耐药病原菌及其耐药机制的流行、传播和人群健康风险及控制研究,20万,在研。
5. 主持,国家自然科学基金委面上项目,ST17型印第安纳沙门菌高水平耐药形成发展的分子机制和微进化研究,60万,已结题。
6. 子课题负责人,国家自然科学基金国际合作项目,中土两国食品生产链中替加环素耐药菌的流行特征和基因组特征研究,15万,在研。
7.子课题负责人,国家自然科学基金重点项目,可移动tet(X)变异体介导替加环素高水平耐药的产生与传播机制,58万,在研。
8. 子课题负责人,北京市科委项目,肉制品中食源性致病菌对消毒剂耐受的评价规范研究,25万,结题。
